Privacy:

We do not sell, rent, or give away your information.  However, we would encourage you to sign up for our newsletter, or join us on Twitter, to stay informed of sales and get notices of special new items as they become available.


Inventory / Stock:


Most of our products are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.  We try to maintain an extensive selection of goods but often have only one of an item.  This site updates automatically as sales occur to identify which items are out-of-stock.


Checkout:

We use a secure checkout system to protect your sensitive information.  Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.  You may choose not to register to check out.  Please note our checkout system does not support all international countries - if your country is not listed in the dropdown menu then contact us for payment options.


Sales Tax:


We are required to collect sales tax for purchases that ship to an address within New York State. 


Shipping:

We pack and ship Monday through Saturday, so your purchase should be on its way to you within one business day.  Our carrier of choice is the United States Postal Service although we may use FedEx or UPS for some international deliveries.  Standard S&H for all items in this website is free worldwide.


Returns:

Shop with confidence.  Items may be returned in the condition received for a merchandise credit or refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee unless it was our error.  If we made an error (sent the wrong item) then you will receive a full refund after the item has been returned, otherwise the buyer pays for return shipping.
